Job Description
To head the manufacturing activities, maintaining the highest level of International Quality Standards meeting the Customer requirements and timely delivery.
Will be responsible for ensuring the various machinery maintenance activities and the proper upkeep of the latest generation humidification system.
Will also be responsible for the effective and optimum utilization of various resources including Man management, including Scheme Girls.
The incumbent will report to Vice-President (Operations) and will be supported with a team of competent personnel in different functional areas.

Eligibility Criteria

A Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology.
Relevant experience of 10 to 15 years in a similar position with a reputed and modern exporting Spinning Mill.
Technical competence with expertise in high-tech spinning of Fine and Super Fine Counts including Compact spinning and Gassing.
Exposure in computerized production monitoring system preferably ERP System desired.
Requirements necessitated in the entire production process including exposure in dynamic production planning to meet the customer specifications, is a prerequisite for this position.
Adopt various cost control measures to achieve the operational efficiency.
Age group should have around 40 years.
