Job Description
Looking into all aspects & implementation of all compliance activities, monitoring, improvement, liaison.
To take charge of Corporate Social Responsibilities in our factories.
Should be able to understand the needs of buyers and act as a bridge between buyers & the Management.
Communicating with buyers and getting the factory approved during vendor evaluation.
Capable of smooth handling of compliance audits of factories by foreign buyers.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be Graduate in any discipline.
LLB will be given preference.
At least 2 to 3 years international legal work experience in a multi-national company or an international law firm.
Having gained in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh legal system and buyers Compliance System in RMG.
Must have knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law -2006 & Minimum Wage, ISO & WRAP Certification, Industrial & Factory Law and Buyers Compliance.
Procedure, C-TPAT, USA & European customer compliance is required.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Must have vast knowledge in computer programs - MS Word, MS Excel and Email etc.
Good command in written and spoken English.
Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to deliver jobs within tight date line.
Overseas law education would be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of company law, contract law, and international law.
