Handling existing outlets / dealers, making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets on a daily basis without failHandle enormous dealers & around 7 sales executives and around 4 distributorsVast dealer network in respective areaDistributor management in assigned areaHiring and training the sales team Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relation with them Should visit the dealers on a daily basis and to visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month – and ensure a smooth functioning of business unitLiaison with channel / Trade partners (Distributors) periodically – and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensuredResponsible for new outlet adding and business expansion and TP / Distributor appointment.Has to take care of trade partners / distributors on business aspect
