Job Description

Preparing Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
Analyzing line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
Analyzing of quality data and discussion with other team members (like merchandisers, fabric managers, cutting and sewing team, planning and IE team).
Taking the main role in PP meeting; doing followup for various works i.e. printing, embroidery, garment dying etc and taking decision for selecting vendors for job work.
Planning for Overtime work and deciding rate for piece rate employees sewing, thread cutting, pressing etc.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Sc in Textile Engineering.
