Job Description

Responsible for interaction with vendors, warehouse and buyers for replenishment of stocks and on time payment
Budget based on Current year performance and market situations
EOSS Stock planning
Sales Forecast
Bottoms up planning based on category split
Option plan category wise
Price matrix by category and managing stock delivery as per requirement
OTB and Inventory Management
Buy stocks as per Season OTB
Plan and align running OTB as per current trends
Inventory management based on stock norms and control NOD's and aging stock mix
Sales and Stock review
Conduct Review's with Suppliers and Store Teams and track progress on Performance Review's
Track Vendor Deliveries and follow up for deliveries as per Buy Plan
Plan vs. Order (Unit and Option)
Order Vs GRN (Unit and Option)
Pending Delivery status - follow up based on hit ratio
Plan of action for Late Delivery
Allocation of Merchandise
Review orders to be raised / Allocation and POA for out of plan stocks, Discontinued stocks
Plan allocation based on the past performance of the stores
Forecast and Order for CORE/NOS items
Review first 4 weeks performance from launch
Redistribute planned stock as per the current trend
Identify the fast movers and plan for replenishment if possible
Discuss the details with the design team
Productivity Analysis (MPF and SPF)
Analyze TY vs. LY performance and budget performance.
Identify the performance
Re plan the space based on performance
Commercial enhancements
Identify Lost opportunities and work out immediate POA
Markdown plan for Outright brands
On time execution of vendor pick ups
