Job Description

Ensuring the test requisition and samples are complete and adequate before the samples are sent to the laboratory for testing.
Prepare technical worksheet based on customer technical specifications and quality manual.
Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
Answering enquiries from Customer on test standard, procedures, results and charges.
Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaise with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
Ensuring that the test reports are packed with all the necessary enclosures.
Maintaining all communication received from the buyers in order.

Key Skill

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skill.
Dexterity on MS office is expected, especially on word and excel.

Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or B.Sc in Textile Engineering.
