Job Description
Should independently handle all aspects of Merchandising from costing to shipment.Establish & enhance long term business relationships with customers providing superb quality service to maximize business growth of the Company.Ensure consumption & costing.Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.Production coordination and arrangement of Export in liaison with shipping department.Assign tasks, oversee the activities and evaluate the performance of the team members.Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities, as required.To monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials.Follow up with commercial on correct shipping doc's, shipment advice & payment too.Candidates who have experience with TEMA will get advantage.Candidates who have work experience in Tally ERP-9 will get advantage.Candidate should have sufficient knowledge about Physical & Ecological standards.Candidate should have experience on woven jacket, Trench coat, Parka, Jog set & swim shorts.Candidate should have basic commercial knowledge.Strong communication skills in corresponding with buyers.Should be self-motivated, energetic, willing to work under pressure with adaptability and salesmanship.
