Job Description

Tasks undertaken at Corp Office as per requirement:-
Accounts audit of all units (Purchase Vouchers, Sale Vouchers, General Vouchers, Bank Voucher, Cash Voucher, Debit Notes etc).
Gate Security Dept:-
R.G.P & N.R.G.P register, Material inward register, Material outward register, Vehicle log book, visitor register etc.
HR Dept:-
Salary checking of Corp Office, SEL Textile employees ( on the basis of attendance register, timing records, leave records, New joining bio-data records, OD slips etc. Deductions of salary regarding advance, loan, cell deductions etc.
EXIM Dept:-
To check the LCs, DDB of TTD unit 1 & 2 and etc.
Fabric Store:-
Material receipts, challans & register, Material issue register, Material sent for processing, fabrication or re-dyeing on the basis of RGP register. Physical stock taking of cloth in certain period randomly.
Sample Store:-
Physical stock taking of finished sample & sample cloth in certain period.
General Audit:-
Records of Railway & Air ticket bookings.
