Market mapping & catchment, store location & site analysis
Lead generation, negotiation & closure of lease / franchise transactions
Business plan for new stores opening
Profitability PNL for new space
Identifying appropriate brands to fit in retailer mix at the mall or high streets
Following SOP's, achievement of target
