Job Description

Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & Lectra Software).
Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
