Job Description
Determine business goals understanding the overall business needs as well as the expectations of the stakeholdersFormulate & implement appropriate directions and competitive strategies to achieve the goalDetermine the annual business plan/budget, execute the approved plan and ensure business profitability as desiredEnsure the 100% capacity utilization with close supervision & coordination with marketing teamEnsure the quality and development of each member of the senior management staff of the business unit through self-developmentEarn an adequate return on stockholder's equity and to generate sufficient surplus for growth and expansionPromote the group's interests by proactive handling of external relations particularly with government, investors and chambersBuild interpersonal cooperation and teamwork between business unit and other functions within the groupEstablish & maintain strong & effective administrative control over all process & operationsEnsure the audit, update and compliance with all corporate policies and systems in each & every process & operationsProvide all-round leadership through enabling, firm decisions, clear guidelines, accessibility and visibility to all departmentsProvide a healthy working environment for employees by promoting, encouraging and implementing safe working practices & proceduresAny other job as assigned by the top management relating to the need of the business
