Job Description

To coordinate with suppliers, factories, commercial teams and CSR Internal team for compliance related issues.
To coordinate with external third party agencies for audit execution related matters starting from audit allocation to audit closing.
To follow up with suppliers for corrective action plans within prescribed time limits.
To maintain the data base of the suppliers with latest information and regular updation of database i.e. internal report formats as required by the department, Weekly & monthly reports etc.
To participate in the projects whenever necessary.
Escalate potential crisis situations to Reporting Manager, as appropriate.
To manage regular reporting requirements of the Inditex CSR department and as indicated by the Reporting Manager

Eligibility Criteria

  • Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervision.
    Performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
    Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
    Good negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandising.
    Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals
    Strong Coordination, communication and reporting skills
    Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Coordination with a brand /retailer
