Job Description

We are looking for designer (women wear) for Lee brand based out of Bangalore
Seasonal collection developments / design directions based on distinct positioning of brand, evolving trends, fashion forecast and consumer preferences.
Creating concept, color, trim, fabric & packaging boards based on seasonal concepts.
Exclusivity in design, wider acceptability, profitability to achieve business targets.
Planning design and product calendar to adhere timely product deliveries.
Accountable for cost estimation of products at development stage.
Reviewing complete collection for range finalization and setting style wise MRP
Analyzing and suggesting post development design changes.
Improving cost contributions.
Road show arrangements and presentations to internal and external buyers.
Coordinating with marketing and VM teams to propose new ideas and concepts for promotional campaigns.
