Job Description

Service tax - Understanding of Service Tax Law
Submission of returns
Handling of service tax audit
Service tax refund matter
Handling of day to day activities
Managing the litigations
Excise -  Understanding of excise law
Filing of return
Interacting with excise authorities for routine activities.
Managing the litigations
Export documents and compliances
DGFT -  EPCG applications filing
Refund of TED
Redemption matter
Answering the queries of DGFT
Pollution- General awareness of environmental laws
Consent matters
Regular compliances under pollution and CGWA
Insurance-  General understanding of Insurance related matters as regards claims/documentations etc

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 10 to 20 years
Candidate should have good liaison skills with various government authorities
Candidate should have knowledge of relevant laws (service tax, excise, pollution control, insurance, etc) with up-to-date developments
Candidate should have good communication skills, analytical abilities, Inter-personal Skills, Liaison skills, etc
