Job Description
On a typical day, you would : Create product spec sheets in coordination with Sales & production team.Send product images to our customers using What’s app & respond to their order queries. Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formula. Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers. Coordinate with warehouse staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data.Address customer complaints on phone and email. Coordinate with our digital ad agency for promoting SKU’s as per our sales plans.Provide reporting and analysis of sales, payments & reviewing figures continuously.Coordinate with people at eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, etc for deals & promotions. Other duties may be assigned.
