Job Description
You will be responsible for studying existing/ internal compliance processes and implementing a detailed auditing process for all related functions in social compliance.You will directly work with your supervisor in conducting detailed audits as per your responsibilities below and reporting audit findings to the Management. You will be expected to directly liaise with all internal functions, Corporate office Compliance on your day to day activities. You will drive social compliance thorough your findings by directly working with the HR Managers, Operational managers and Engineers.
