Job Description

You will be responsible to monitor the weekly and monthly shipment plan and see that deliveries are sent within the stipulated time.
You will be responsible to validate the finished goods against the approved samples.
You will work closely with Production, CIF, Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure that the order is fulfilled as per the shipment date, standard and quality.
You will ensure reconciliations are done on time.

Eligibility Criteria

An Academic qualification related to Garment Technology will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge in a lean environment would be an added advantage.
A minimum of 3 years experience in finishing is a must.
You should have the aptitude to work under pressure and have effective communication skills.
You should maintain good interpersonal relationships and possess good time management and task prioritizing capabilities.
You will be methodical and have the aptitude for constructive analysis.
You should possess cross functional ability with other departments. You should be a self-motivated leader who can lead your team to achieve the set targets with a positive attitude.
