Job Description

Skill test for new worker of entire factory.
Performance Appraisal of Probationary worker and Annual performance appraisal of all production workers.
Check and confirm the given SMV.
Style wise time and motion study, report preparation and get approval.
Capacity study and prepare report of Knitting, Linking and finishing floor.
Confirm the production minutes based on time study approval.
Collect production information.
Prepare efficiency report based on the production information.
Prepare efficiency graph daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Prepare Monthly summery of Efficiency report of Operator, Supervisor, In-charge.
Prepare monthly summery report Gauge wise.
Prepare and send daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Yarn wastage analysis report.
Prepare style wise data bank of production floor.
Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
Computer literacy is a must.
Good team player.
