Job Description

To Look out over all working of Time Office/HR.
To assist Head HR in all matters of IR/HR as per requirement.
To check the GWR Payment-sheet prepared by Assistant (HR) in respect of Staff & Workers.
To check food allowance & coupons record daily.
To prepare / send all Statutory informations / Returns under Various Labour Laws in time.
Responsible for all Apprentice matters and arranging monthly stipend to Apprentices.
Wages & Salary checking.
To Checking all the full & final settlements of staff & workers
To be present in the department at the time of any IR Problem and to take appropriate steps to solve immediately and to inform Superior Authorities.
Any other job assigned by Superiors from time to time .
Shift adjustment and reporting to GM-HR.
To prepare the legal notice as instructed by GM-HR.
