Job Description

To ensures that orders are received, understood and properly communicated to suppliers.
To ensure that the QC File maintained and updated.
To ensure that all components of the product are tested and approved in writing.
To ensure that all approved new developments & samples meet with Fabindia Standards.
To ensure that vendors have the necessary expertise / equipment to manufacture the products allocated to them. QC team at HO to be alerted if this is missing.
To conduct bi-annual documented vendor assessments and use this to create vendor development plans.
Taking care of complaint tracker and ensuring all replies are sent within the same day or maximum within 24 hours .
Maintaining a record of all complaints received v/s resolved on everyday basis and ensuring that all debits are settled simultaneously .
