Job Description

To prepare operation breakdown.
To prepare lay-out.
To make thread Consumption.
To analyse critical operation and find out solution of problems.
To analyse the risk for each and every style and take steps for that.
To prepare skill matrix and maintain proper skill ratio in between line.
Attend production meeting and set up target.
To do capacity, production and motion study.
To balance the line(s) and Operators? Grading Assessment.
Attend in PP meeting of each and every style and find out difficulties and discuss and solution.
Method and process development.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 25 to 30 year(s)
Minimum 1 year experience in any reputed sweater industry in IE Department (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing)
The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Sweater factory
Experience in similar kind of position will be preferred.
Having a good command in English both speaking and writing.
Strong ability to communicate with Management.
Committed, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented.
Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.
Having knowledge on Microsoft Office Program.
