Job Description

Making monthly line planning.
Daily updating the status from fabric to dispatch.
Production MIS. ( to prepare the factory daily efficiency, monthly efficiency, style wise efficiency, weekly plan vs. achieved).
Allotting the styles, quantity and line planning with planning dept. Monitoring PCD, PSD, OFS and FI as per plan and follow-up to meet the commitment.
Following fabric, trims, cutting, bundles, sewing and packing Preparing Machinery's Plan monthly wise for the factory's based on line plan.
Arranging the Machinery's and Folders for new styles.
Preparing for DFS (Daily Factory Status ) Report.
Preparing for Daily Costing Report For all factory's.
Preparing FPR ( Factory Performance Report.
