Job Description

Coordinate with CHO Merchandising about capacity or shortage of capacity.
Make sure pre-planning activities and style execution are happening on time.
Make sure all the information’s are passed timely to respective department(s).
Ensure Pre Production activities are done, followed & implemented.
Ensure material issues are addressed timely & arrange for smooth production.
Monitor daily production status , Bottlenecks, WIP and ensure the deliveries are on time.
Ensure garments accessories are arriving on time for smooth production.
Make sure material utilizations & order closing reports.
Ensure company policies are implemented in the department.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed & good house keeping.
Guiding and motivating subordinates.
Improve self and subordinate’s performance continuously.
Identifying training needs.

Key Skill

Work Study, Merchandising,Garments.
Good command in MS Office.

Graduate in IPE/ Apparel Manufacturing.
