Customer service & engagementWelcome customer by greeting them, offering them assistance.Directs customer by escorting them to racks, suggesting items.Advise customer by providing information on products.Help customer make selection by building customer confidence; offering suggesting and opinions.Reporting & record keepingDocuments sales by creating or updating customer records.Sending daily sales report to AASE/CSM/SM/ASM.Sending stock requisition report & stock on hand.Marketing & promotionsKeeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.Effectively implementing all marketing & promotional activities of the brand.Stock keepingTimely replenishment of stock would be primary responsibility.Virtual Merchandiser up keep and maintenanceUpkeep of visual merchandising as per brand guideline & brand manual.Ensuring visibility of brand across the store on mannequins & other hot spots.
