Job Description

Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers.
Must have fabric knowledge.
Leader who can lead the design team.
Decide on a theme for a collection.
Sketch designs of casual wear clothing.
Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs.
Visit manufacturers or trade shows to get fabric samples.
Producing concepts.
Must have knowledge of international brands and trends.
Making sketches on computers only.
Analyzing trends in fabrics, colors and shapes.
Selecting fabrics and trims.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma - Fashion Designing/Other Designing, B.Des.
M.Des. - Apparel Design
Post Graduation
Pleasing personality, good convincing ability, innovative thinker & energetic.
Looking for a candidate who holds 5-10years of rich experience as fashion designer from any Apparel Textile or Garment or Manufacturing Industry/Export Unit.
