Seasonal fashion trend analysis, Fabric development, Costing, Supplier sourcing, physical evaluation considering technical function & garments category.Ensure fashion marketing, product development & competitive price negotiations considering product category & production capacity.Communicate with Buying design and development, testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.Producing sketches, sample designs and technical support to the buyer.Marketing Analysis the upcoming product design, Experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.Contemporary market analysis and developed the product, graphics design and development.Innovate the new design technique.Proper tracking to developer and designer , Monitoring the design and development of sample.Proper tacking product and fabric development.Arrange the seasonal Fashion Show.Design and technical support to factory concern.Have an Incumbent should have enough knowledge on Local Brand.Good judgement and decision making skills.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Strong customer awareness and understanding.Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.Ability to work long hours, often under pressure.
