Job Description

The candidate will have to lead the Finishing Dept. independently.
Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing Finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance.
Should have experience of working as finishing manager for H&M, TEMA, GAP and so on.
To have the ability to handle the team.
Must have leadership qualities.
Must be object oriented.
Anu other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
