Job Description

Merchandiser for value added ladies and kids garments for European Brands like Zara, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Cache Cache etc.
Follow up with vendors and buyers for all fabric & trim approvals.
Co-ordinate with sampling department for approvals of Proto, Fit, PP & Shipment Samples.
Make indents and co-ordinate with raw material department for purchase and planning of all fabrics and trims required per style.
Pr-production testing for all fabrics and trims for styles on order.
Costing of proto samples and proposal of options to achieve target price.
Communication between vendors, buying agents and buyers for smooth production and planning of styles.
PPC & PPM meetings and making T&A Plans.
To perform random quality checks, and inform production team of possible call-outs etc.
