Quality Assurance Complete In-Processes quality control and continuous improvement in process capacities for reducing rate of rejection by targeting RIGHT AT FIRST TIME.Initiation and Implementation of New quality System.Initial Quality / Technical study as well as preparation of working standards as per buyers requirements.Design and Implement Statistical process control using process capability studies/Control charts as well as various management tools.QMS Implementation Monitor adherence to rules/regulations as per quality systems, SQC(Statistical Quality Control) techniques as well as update and review quality plansMinutely monitor on documentation in order to maintain quality system.Carry out process focus like audits and identify untapped process parameters for reducing finish product rejectionAppraise prevalent production system/process, identify loopholes and undertake result oriented measures for alleviating problems.Undertake Incoming material inspection for fabrics/Trims at entry level to reduce cost of rejection of the material supplied as well as reduce production losses.Cost effective execution of orders through line balancing, minimum WIP, using appropriate Machines/attachments.Trouble shoots daily issues in consultation with merchandising manager.Implementing the 6S Concept in the workplace to make it more productive, Improving the quality systems to reduce cost of Poor Quality to have more profit margin to the organization.
