Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible to assure quality production of 45 lines garments (top`s) production unit.
To develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to develop the company`s quality systems and policies into compliance as per quality system requirement.
develop a strong team of Quality Assurance, oversee quality assurance and related activities of a state of the art of the woven garments and ensure total quality management system through best operating practices and procedures and set up effective quality procedure to meet the requirements of the world renowned buyers.
Conduct internal audits prior to handing over goods to buyer representative for final inspection.
Ensure only quality trims are used in production.
