Job Description

Provide designing assistance to the designers
Create compelling and appealing visual communications that meet specific goals and provide results
Understanding of web, email and mobile design fundamentals
Strong time management and multitasking skills with ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Produce assigned projects from concept to completion
Create and maintain good working relationships with 3rd party vendors (printers, agencies etc)
Search through stock photography and choose correct imagery to align with brand/messaging
Research and propose technologies that can leverage our customer engagement

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor degree in a visual communication field graphic design or any visual communication degree with 1 to 3 years professional and detailed graphic design or web design experience
Candidate should have clear understanding of how to execute cutting-edge design in digital (email, websites, video, social, etc) and print (letters, brochures, postcards, signage etc) mediums
Candidate should have excellent concept, creative strategy, design, layout, color, composition, brand, UI / UX, typography and communication skills
Candidate should be proficient in HTML, CSS, and adobe creative suite, including but not limited to, photoshop, Illustrator, and In-design
Candidate should have proven experience in collaboration with web development teams, effective communication skills with the ability to actively listen to clarify project goals, requirements and deadline
Candidate having knowledge of digital photography / SLR filming is desired
Candidate should be detail-oriented, team player, positive, analytical, self-motivated, resourceful and organized
Able to multi-task and resolve multiple inquiries at once and in order of priority
