Job Description

Making design strategy aligned with the organization objectives
Making work SOPs in line with business objectives.
Making internal calendar to ensure achievement of design objectives.
Designing tech packs and spec sheet and arranging meeting with merchandisers and production team for the smooth handover of styles for production
Checking fits and style
Coordinate with both design heads on all the assignments
Brainstorming to generate out-of-the-box and innovative concepts and ideas
Market research of competitors
Fashion forecast and trend analysis in order to analyze best of trends
Sourcing of new fabric, trim and accessories
Keep update with the emerging fashion trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes
Design range plan
Presenting trends, themes, colors, fabrics in tandem with the option plan
Adherence of design calendar as per agreed timelines
Building collection with the agreed hit ratio in fixed timeline
Achieve agreed sell through

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 4 to 7 years
Candidate should have knowledge of create logos, quotes, brochures, pamphlets etc.
Candidate should have strong product knowledge, knowledge of fashion trend, sampling & costing, graphic designing, creative bend of mind and knowledge of fabrics, trims and accessories
Candidate should be process orientation
Candidate should have leadership skills, critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, good presentation skills, system proficiency skills & software skills (CAD, adobe photoshop, illustrator, coral draw and flash are a plus)
Candidate should have good sense of layout and typography with respect to websites, user interface design, digital advertising, online branding and social media
Candidate should have a good sense of color palettes, layout and an awesome visual sensibility
