Job Description

Independently procure all relevant licences, registrations, permissions, sanctions from the Govt Depts, Local Administration for the TEXTILE Spinning UNIT.
Recruitment of Workmen.
Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations ensuring productivity.
Employee Relations.
Maintain complete Personnel Records, handle Time Office function using latest electronic equipment, Attendance Monitoring, Payroll Processing, PF, ESI etc.
Training of workmen.
Responsible for Personnel functions in the Unit.
PMS & HR Data Analysis.
