Job Description
Managing overall operations of Maintenance Functions with a view to ensure minimum down time.Implementing effective practices to bring efficiency in operations & achieve maximum cost savings.Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of equipment’s to increase machine up time and reliability.Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.Reviewing drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant; reviewing and analyzing the contractor's change order proposals and submittals.Directing, leading & motivating workforce; imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency, Initiate activities to improve monitoring and process control to reduce energy costs
