Responsible for marketing in accordance to capacity fulfillment for the factoryEnsure very close supervision and coordination on each and every aspect of the department to achieve the business goal with combined effortReview the development packages received from buyers and assign the product development team with close guidanceCheck all costing for price negotiation with buyer and then attend price & sample review meetings with buyerSettle all claims with buyers & suppliers and check all the P/I's for bb L/C before proceeding with commercial departmentUpdating the fabric & garment master spread sheet to all concerned departmentComply with corporate objectives of merchandising planning & execution considering quality goods shipment blending the expectations of company & buyer as wellKeep costs and other overheads of the department within the budgeted limitEnsure sustainable business by improving productivity, shipments trend meeting the customer satisfaction focusing company profitabilityBuild & maintain interpersonal cooperation and teamwork between other functions within the companyEstablish & maintain strong & effective administrative control over all process & operations within the responsible areaEnsure the audit, update and compliance with all corporate policies and systems in each & every process & operationsProvide all-round leadership through enabling, firm decisions, clear guidelines, accessibility and visibility to all team Provide a healthy working environment for team members by promoting, encouraging and implementing safe working practices & procedures Any other job as assigned by the top management relating to the need of the business
