Responsible for develop, implement & maintain a standard QA/QC system & process to ensure buyer as well as company expectationsDevelop a strong team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related matters execution.Assess and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs align with capacityControl and ensure quality of cutting, sewing & finishing as per customers guide line/standardLiaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues to resolve focusing customer as well as company’s mutual business interestIdentify & analyse QA/QC matters to take corrective actions on timeMonitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team for required maintenance & rectificationsControl, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company planAnalyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished productCheck daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive actionMaintain effective & close communications with buying office & internal other related departments to achieve the business goal. Provide all-round leadership through enabling, firm decisions, clear guidelines, accessibility and visibility to the team membersProvide a healthy working environment for employees by promoting, encouraging and implementing safe working practices & proceduresAny other job as assigned by the top management relating to the need of the business
