Overall responsible for Business Development & creating Brand value of Work wear Uniforms and servicesPlan, develop and implement marketing strategy in line to organizational requirements.Plan, monitor and achieve the sales targets - monthly, quarterly and yearly for all product linesTo generate new enquiries from Domestic and Export MarketTo establish healthy, strong business relationship with customers and achieving the business growth, revenue expansion & market leadership.Decide specific Marketing strategies and activities for specific products to increase business. Ensuring exact implementation of same through proper feedback.Formulate marketing strategies by understanding In-house manufacturing capacityConducting new inquiries, quotations, product management and following up Formulating monthly business plan and their evaluation.Explore ways to improve existing products and services, and increase profitability Mentoring & providing guidance to subordinatesManage and control departmental expenditure within the agreed budgets.
