Job Description
Ensure daily attendance of employees and cross check physically.Ensure man machine ratio.Closely monitoring daily production target.Ensure counseling of absent employees regularly.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.Manpower reconciliation in accordance with budget and on-roll employees.Monitor work place safety & welfare.Maintain absenteeism rate & turnover rate as per KPI’s.Issue all appointment letters and ID card timely.Conduct appraisal of all staff & worker in time.Legal action as per government law and analysis.Weekly grievance box open and make a report.Miscellaneous, as & when assigned by the management.
