Job Description

Coordinating with the Labor Contractors for all the provisions of: Contract Labour ( Regulation & Abolition) Act, Employees State Insurance Act, Provident Fund & MP Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act.
Act as the responsible official to develop policies and procedures related to the subject.
Perform periodic privacy and security risk assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 2 to 5 years.
Identification of all Labor Legislations governing the functioning of company/establishment and each Contractors of the Company.
