Handle the end to end HR functions of a unit of shoppers stop and who can create a vibrant, fun, learning and growth oriented cultureRecruitment,managing the complete recruitment for front end sales executives and key positions of the Unit.Planning human resource requirements in consultation with HODs of different functional & operational areas & conducting selection interviewsOn boarding and inducting new joineesProcessing offer letter, coordinating for background verification, medical check up, joining formalities, issuance of offer letters, rolling out induction, confirmation letters etcEmployee engagement and employee relations:Effective planning & execution of weekly/ monthly engagement/fun activities and ensuring maximum participationArranging rewards & recognition function to facilitate the achievers & motivate the achieversConducting focus group with staff on regular basis, understanding their concerns and prepare action accordingly.Performance management systemProvides advice and counsel on performance management issues. partners with the associate, managers to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/ process to assess appropriate action. Training & Development: To identify training needs for each level & ensure that the team undergoes the required Target modules. To have a training calendarImplementing training programs and driving the training programs in the unitPayrollTaking care of the entire payroll of the unitStatutory complianceMaintaining all the important statutory registers & licenses. HR SOP/checklist & statutory in place.
