Job Description

Development & maintenance of labour camp & its associated facilities.
Attendance of workers.
Proper distribution of workers as required.
Keeping records of overtime of workers.
Responsible for preparation of labour wages & getting it certified by concern project managers & ED.
Responsible of timely payment of labour wages.
Responsible for welfare of the workers.
Maintenance of staff attendance.
Responsible for maintenance the productivity of the workers.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate or MBA/PGDM with relevant experience of 5 to 10 years.
Knowledge of Embroidery (KHATA) accounting would be preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Exhibits strong leadership and management skills.
Good communications skills needed for this role.
