Job Description
Should be able to handle territory / business segment Independently.Should be able to generate business & handle international clients.Prepare specific targets of business with current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made. Communicate with potential Customers and Suppliers through emails, telephones, video conferencing, and personal visits for developing new business. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts and sales documents. Follow up for L/C and/or advance payments, Shipments and Payments and ensure that all terms of sales contracts for quality, payment and shipment are respected by both the parties. Prepare and maintain status reports of confirmed orders, L/C or advance payments, shipments and final payments of documents for the assigned accounts, Develop and maintain contemporary product knowledge. Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers and suppliers Identify and resolve concerns of customers and suppliers. Gather information about new products and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback through field activity and internet search.
