Job Description

The candidate must have expertise in Windows Server 2008/2012, Network Firewall, Networking skills, SQL server database 2008/2012 etc to be able to handle all eCommerce IT related activities of IT management, Vendor management, eCommerce Application support and development, etc.
Maintain the 99% uptime for IT Infrastructure for IT eCommerce hardware network, Preventive downtime.
Trouble shoot the issues of Ecommerce-functional, technical aspects and give the results with minimum period of time.
Maintain the proper documentation of ecommerce process to serve the business requirements. Vendor Management - Web development, Database management, Server Management, Daily Server monitoring, Daily Network Monitoring, Map change requests for server/Database, Support Marketing team for analytics for web traffic, eCommerce production server monitoring and alert management, Disaster recovery, backup management and production support, Frequent security audits and access control policy management, Access to technical architects and implementation support, Cloud Support – Scaling, Security and DR, Architecture, Best Practices Support and Guidance, Security Monitoring Agents and Response Management
