Job Description
Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum.Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.Layout of equipment, materials, and work space to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process.Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements.Analise statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters and training needs.Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.Any other assignment as assigned by the superior.Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
