Job Description
Should know H&M procedure & RQS system, MMR issue & QMS standard.Should know overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to H&M.Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for H&M Buyer.Should have defect detecting & controlling capacity.Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.To ensure that quality of garments delivered to H&M are in line with their (H&M) needs and company's objects.Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following H&M technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with H & M quality practices.Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English.Robust personality able to work under pressure.Attention to details.Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model.
