Job Description
To develop, implement and manage laboratory policies & procedures To make test schedules according to customer / internal project plans ensuring optimum use of resources and monitor them for timely completion To train employees on correct use of test equipments, correct application of test methods, report preparation etc. and to monitor their work to ensure compliance To review and approve test reports prior to release To establish and maintain laboratory documentation according to ISO 17025 requirements Make and monitor lab equipment calibration schedule Track and update on revisions to external test methods and adopt the necessary changes internally Review and maintain adequate level of lab consumablesIdentify areas requiring facility upgrade and update management on the same
