Job Description
To keep and maintain status of running production on the floor.To keep intensive care /vigilance over the machine parameters and process route in the concerned department.To keep and maintain the define tolerances as a conformity and non-conformity requirement.To keep and maintain daily log sheet of all the problems regarding production and machine stoppages.To co-ordinate among different laboratory sections, quality control lab and other departments for swift sampling and resultKnowledge of shade matching, group of dyestuffs and Idea of pilot plant for matching shade with bulk production commercially.To perform in-process tests and checking.To collect samples from different sections in production department.To work as technical task force under the supervision of manager or section In-charge of ‘Quality Control’ department.Nature of Job & Duty hours: Woven Fabrics & Wet processing technology and Full-time duty hours.
