The Job Opening is for company :Transformation Triggering Facility (TTF)Major Responsibilities includes:Managing and training in the design process from concept to production of finished design collections.Provide concepts, designs, and hand made mock-ups for items based oneither design briefs or meetings with Sr. Management or Clients.Train in Design software applicationsTrain and develop concept of Brand and image and positioning when designing to ensure items match client’s existing or upcoming lines.Research and analyse market trends and commercial needs to generate mood boards and trend reports.Developing some innovative designs to elevate selected companies’ new and existing brands.Work cross-functionally and timely with Product Development, Technical, and Merchandising and sales to determine style, materials, colour and to develop a successful product.Research and stay on top of current trends & applies trends to product design.Researches & sources materials & components, provides senior management feedback and inspiration.Collaborates with Technical Production team on all aspects of product fit and assists with spec sheets interpretation and measurements atttending sample correction sessions with managerOversees artwork and design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines.Creates & delivers product presentations to management and buyers and prepares layouts for trade showsIdentifies opportunities and makes suggestions for process improvement.Responsible for administration and follow up of product design process to include preparation of technical packages and presentation boards, email correspondence, etc.Support trimming, accessories, supplies and/or working with Trims, Accessories department to keep abreast of current ideas.Collaborate in the creation and update of seasonal and material boards. Gathering of seasonal print concepts, and lead communications with trained CAD team.
