Job Description
Will be responsible to implement 100% compliance standards as per Bangladesh Labor Law and ILO.Must be capable to face WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, WCA, HIGGS, CTPAT.Must be able to sustainably maintain health and safety issues.Regularly conduct training session on worker rights.Conduct training sessions along with experts on health and safetyTo monitor training/awareness on regular basis.To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.Must have experience in managing BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX and WCA audits. Candidates having experience in handling LEVI audits will be given preference.Should have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and ILO regulations.Job Requirements:Must be able to manage customer expectations and work towards exceeding it.Must be highly motivated, pro active and dedicated.Good interpersonal skills.Trained in fire fighting and first aid.Must be a team playerMust be able to train production team in compliance requirements.Must be able to generate KPI reports.
