Job Description

Well versed with Bank Reconciliation statements.
Provisions to be made for telephone charges payable, Outstanding expenses payable etc in every quarter.
Co-ordination with Internal auditors and statutory auditors for auditing for every quarter.
Purchase vouchers related to Credit Cards & wire transfer to be accounted in quarter ending if any pending.
Should have awareness of Tax payments dates to be made timely.
Preparation of JVs and feeding properly after verifications.
Feeding of Cash payment vouchers and Receipts vouchers and proper filing of vouchers
Preparing of Sale invoices, DCs, Way Bills (On Line) and its related documents
Provide salary advances list to HR every month ending to deduct from concern person salaries

Key Skill

ERP Microsoft AX-2012,Tally, and Microsoft Office.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountant with +7 year experience.
Accounting and analysis experience is a must.
Strong analytical and MIS skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
